For a woman who pleaded guilty to a felony drunken driving charge, in connection with a fatal near the wreckage of Carbondale recent years. In the first New Year's holiday under a tougher Pennsylvania standard for drunken driving, there were nine more DUI arrests and one less fatal accident involving alcohol than a year ago - but more than twice as many people died on the state's roads.
