Strickland Again Is Charged With DUI

Washington Wizards point guard Rod Strickland was arrested early Sunday and charged with driving under the influence on the George Washington Memorial Parkway, marking the third time in three years he has faced charges of driving under the influence. Strickland was charged with driving under the influence and refusing to take a breath test for blood alcohol content. Both charges are misdemeanors and will be heard in U.S. District Court in Alexandria on Jan. 30.
