New Redskin Haley Arrested for DUI

Washington Redskins defensive tackle Jermaine Haley was arrested on Monday
in the Miami area on a driving under the influence charge after refusing
to take a breathalyzer test, Miami Beach police said.
Haley could face punishment from the NFL if convicted. He has been arrested
on a similar charge previously, and the league’s policy for alcohol-related
law violations allows the NFL to fine or suspend a player for repeated
