The troubled young star recently completed a 30-day stint in Wonderland rehab facility in Los Angeles and is now going to Promises in Malibu, In Touch reported. Promises is the same place where singer Britney Spears sought treatment after shaving her head. For Lohan, 20, it was a wild holiday weekend even by her own standards. Saturday morning before dawn Lohan crashed her Mercedes on Sunset Boulevard. She fled the scene, but was quickly arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Cocaine was also found after the accident. Photos: Celebrity Mug Shots “Ms. Lohan was driving westbound on Sunset Blvd. when she lost control of her vehicle,” Beverly Hills Police Department Lt. Mitch McCann told CBS News correspondent Meg Oliver. “There was some additional contraband found in the vehicle.” Late Sunday night, according to In Touch magazine, Lohan continued to party at a Hollywood nightclub. On Monday morning, shocking photos surfaced of the “Georgia Rule” star passed out in a friend’s car. The photos show Lohan, wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt, with her mouth open and her eyes shut, apparently asleep. Another photo shows her kneeling on the ground, her back to the camera, apparently before getting into the vehicle. Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lohan’s publicist, didn’t return repeated phone calls and e-mail messages from The Associated Press seeking comment. Lohan’s estranged father says he wants to talk with his movie star daughter. The actress hasn’t spoken with her father, Michael, in years, but he says he wants her to “just get in touch” with him so they can get their relationship back on track. Lindsay Lohan, who just finished a second stint in rehab for substance abuse treatment, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and possession of cocaine early Tuesday, authorities said. Lohan, who is already facing a drunken driving charge in Beverly Hills, was stopped near the Santa Monica Police Department after authorities were called about a car chasing another vehicle, said Sgt. Shane Talbot. Authorities conducted a field sobriety test and then transported Lohan to the police department. When Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning, it marked the second time in less than two months that the actress was investigated for suspected driving under the influence. Now, a new study suggests that immediately taking the driver's licenses away from DUI suspects like Lohan could save hundreds of lives a year. The findings, released Tuesday in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Evaluation, showed that immediate suspension of a DUI offender's license -- as opposed to delayed suspension -- was associated with a 5 percent lower fatal car crash rate, saving about 800 lives each year. Rebecca De Mornay has been arrested for investigation of drunken driving, a magazine reported Tuesday.
