DUI Charges Against Ravens’ McAlister in Fairfax Co. Dismissed

Driving under the influence charges against Ravens CB Chris McAlister
were dismissed yesterday in Fairfax County General District Court.
“Now it’s officially over,” said McAlister, the Ravens’ franchise player
who was arrested Aug. 18. He was held for seven hours in a Fairfax County
adult detention center and was fined $5,000 by the Ravens for an unexcused
absence from that morning’s practice. He has two interceptions and 31 tackles
through 10 games. “I already put this behind me a long time ago,” McAlister
